For us, quality is not just a control step, it is part of everything we do. We live up to what we promise: every batch, every component and every process undergoes clearly defined control steps. And you can rely on consistent results at all times, from prototype to production.

Our measurement technology ranges from tactile and visual methods to conturography and the most accurate 3D measurement. We check surfaces, shapes and position tolerances at specified intervals and under real production conditions. We also monitor every step using statistical methods.

Our quality processes receive full digital monitoring: from development to validation and delivery, our CAQ system supports every phase, including FMEA, test and control planning, process validation and 8D reports. At our in-house testing laboratory, trained staff ensure that every decision is based on traceable data.

Everything that leaves our premises remains traceable. Each batch is fully documented, components can be clearly identified, and all test reports are available digitally. Depending on requirements, we integrate individual marking and labelling systems directly into the production process.
