Grinding
Our experts select the optimum grinding process for your components, working efficiently and precisely to meet your requirements. From simple vibratory grinding to centreless grinding, they use the most appropriate technology.
Honing
When it matters, honing provides the ultimate precision. With internal cross grinding, holes are incredibly precise and we achieve extremely tight tolerances.
Roller burnishing
Roller burnishing compacts and smooths the surface without removing any material. The result is high-quality, extremely smooth functional and running surfaces. At the same time, the surface layer is work-hardened, giving greater wear resistance and a longer component service life.
Gear cutting
Gear teeth up to module 2: we cut gears directly on your precision turned parts. They are dimensionally accurate, repeatable and cost-effective in series production. This allows us to produce toothed shafts, pinions and other ready-to-install components for drive, control and automation technology.
